Recently i updated to ios 9.2 and my display is changed. After that when connecting to my i20, connection is success, song is transferring, while calling connection is showing in the the car display but no sound in the car. The car side is ok , checked with other iphone."no audio in calling, music is ok" please help.

I have the same issue since iOS 9.2 with both, my car stereo and my Plantronics Backbeat Fit Bluetooth headphones. I can listen to music with no issues, but I have no sound and they don't hear me when switching to a phone call. I have tried to do the actions suggested above without success. I Also have tried to switch off Handoff feature and accessibility features related to audio addressing to Bluetooth mic, as I have read in other threads related to his issue, and I still have no sound in hands free phone calls.
By chatting to Apple support team they suggested to back up and restore. I tried it but no use. the problem still persist. I tried the Apple support community links and also every configurations are currect and problem not rectified.
